This is the BoomWhackers Diatonic set. This set includes 8 tuned percussion tubes, with notes from C' to C''. Music teachers and other music aficionados usually prefer this very popular set to those with a pentatonic scale. When this set is used in combination with the Diatonic bass set, they provide two complete octaves together.
 
 
BoomWhackers:
Boomwhackers are tuned percussion tubes. These hollow, lightweight, brightly coloured plastic tubes vary in size and each has its own pitch, which is indicated on the tube itself. The high-octave tubes vary in length from 30cm to 62cm, while the bass tube is slightly over a metre long. They're very comfortable to hold, and produce a great sound when you strike them against your hand, a table or the floor, for instance. Boomwhackers are sold in a variety of sets and virtually anyone can pick them up and play them - you hardly need any knowledge of rhythm or music.
